Running Password Retrieval software

Start by placing your newly created disc or USB thumb-drive into the computer with the forgotten password.

Restart the computer and wait for our software to run.  you should end up with a screen displaying your usernames and the encrypted password for each name as well.

You will now need to copy down the characters for the username you need the password for.  These characters are called the hash.  Make sure you copy the characters exactly, one wrong character will cause the password recovery to fail.

If your computer boot to the Windows login screen, try tapping F12 once you power on the computer to see if you get a boot order screen.

If you are still unable to boot the CD, check your computers BIOS to change the boot order so the CD drive is located first.  You can contact us if you need help. Be sure to give us your computer make and model number.
